Where you’ll work: This role is based at the College’s Hadlow campus.
Your hours: Full-time and Part-time hours considered, 52 weeks per annum
Your pay: Spine Points 32 (£33,225 Full-Time Equivalent) to 37 (£38,518 Full-Time Equivalent), rising to a ceiling of Spine Point 40 (£42,100 Full-Time Equivalent) with a full teaching qualification.

Working within North Kent College’s Agriculture curriculum area, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitability qualified, experienced, and passionate individual to join the team as a Lecturer in Agriculture.
You’ll be required to prepare, teach and assess at a variety of qualification levels, providing support and guidance to your learners as they progress through their studies.
You’ll have specialist knowledge of the curriculum area, which may be enhanced by any relevant industry / professional experience, as well as a formal qualification that underpins this knowledge.
North Kent College need you to be a team player and an excellent communicator, able to maintain a proactive approach and an eye for detail whilst working to challenging deadlines.
Teaching experience, particularly within Further Education, would be advantageous but isn’t essential. Likewise, although a full teaching qualification (at Level 5 or above) isn’t required at this stage, you would need to secure this within three years of appointment.
