We are looking for someone to help start a small acreage farm in Faversham, Kent, using organic and regenerative techniques.
70 acres woodland, 70 acres grassland. Currently there are lots of basic general jobs including topping/slashing, strimming, fence and gate maintenance, woodland management, firewood collection, assistance with the garden, orchard, veggie patch and general labour. However in the near future we would like to add various livestock.
This is a role that would suit someone with a can-do attitude and someone happy to help in all areas, and has initiative. Experience is not essential, although some livestock handling is preferable. We are happy to assist with learning and training and courses where necessary.
Salary £26,000-£36,000 depending on skill and experience.
