Where you’ll work: This role is based at Hadlow College.
Your hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 52 weeks per annum.
Your pay: Spot salary of £44,000 per annum.
Working closely with the Assistant Principal, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that curriculum delivery is of the highest quality, with the required support being in place to help all learners thrive and achieve in our dynamic teaching and learning environment. The post holder will support the Assistant Principal in the effective leadership and management of the department to achieve the College objectives, behaviours and targets as identified in the Strategic Plan
To be successful in this role, you will hold a degree level qualification (or have relevant industrial experience) in Animal Management and a full teaching qualification at Level 5 or above (e.g. Cert Ed / PGCE). It is essential that you can demonstrate teaching and learning at good or outstanding level, you will also have experience of curriculum planning and development, and a proven ability to manage and lead an experienced, professional team to deliver results.
