Mole Country Storeshas launched a new mobile-friendly website and introduced a Click & Collect service for the convenience of customers.
Brian McArdle, ecomms manager for the Mole group explains: “It has been an exciting project and we are delighted to announce that the new look Mole Country Stores website has now gone live. This has given us the opportunity to respond to the steady flow of customer calls and emails that we have been receiving for some time, asking if we could introduce Click & Collect. It is great to have been able to do just that”.
“In our other stores we have found that Click & Collect is particularly popular with farmers. They can now check stock levels before leaving home, knowing we can process their order and have it waiting when they come in, making the best use of their time.”
“We hope that customers will find this a convenient and time saving option. Many people are already familiar with Click & Collect, having used the function with other retailers. It allows customers to shop where and when they like, using the internet. Also they can check stock availability before leaving home. We realise many online orders come from mobile phones, or other portable devices and customers might wish to place an order while out on the farm, or away from home.
