Since the founding of the original Bax, Thomas, French, we have enjoyed a number of name changes but our core values have always remained the same, writes Mike Bax of BTF Partnership.
We successfully expanded the partnership with the arrival of William Hinckley and his commercial team in 2002, and latterly the legal expertise of Colin Hall in 2005.
Having started off in a small building at my house, the team has continued to grow, with offices now in Challock, Canterbury and Heathfield. This month we are delighted to announce that Anthony Field and Claire Houchin will also become partners.
Over 25 years, BTF Partnership has forged a strong reputation for its professional consultancy and sustained a pivotal role in the Kent and East Sussex land and property markets. Our brand of consistent, no nonsense and straight forward advice has earned the firm a reputation for being reliable, responsive and also innovative in our solutions to solving clients’ problems.
As a business we also continue to invest time in being active not only in the TFA, CLA, NFU and Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, but also more local initiatives such as the Kent Economic Board and Rural PLC (Kent). In addition a number of us are secretaries of the local Ploughing Matches and we are particularly looking forward to the Weald of Kent Ploughing Match on 20th September, where we are once again main sponsors.
As the firm now looks forward to the next 25 years as the trusted advisor to the rural community, I would like to introduce some of the other members of the team.
