The show enjoys a reputation for high quality livestock and equine competition with cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and of course equines vying for a prize fund of over £30,000.
The grand arena will host the spectacular James Dylan motorcycle stunt team, grand prix show jumping, fast and furious scurry driving, the popular “100 years in farming display” and more.
Countryside lovers are in for a treat with gun dogs, fly fishing, falconry and hounds as well as floristry, poultry, bees and honey and the fun dog show.
The show also provides shopping heaven with hundreds of trade stands and craft stalls as well as the food theatre, food hall and farmers’ market.
For children, there’s a petting farm, a real life milking parlour, Punch and Judy and donkey rides.
