Two Hampshire farms covering just over 1,000 acres have come to the market through Savills.
Warren Farm and Littleton Farm are to the north west of Winchester and are available separately.
Warren Farm, next to the idyllic village of Crawley, is a prime, ring-fenced arable farm with a modern grain store, machinery store, four cottages currently let on assured short-hold tenancies, and former agricultural buildings with development potential, subject to planning.
