Westlands, Bowshotts and Part Clockhouse Farm totals just under 197 acres of level and gently sloping pasture land in the West Sussex countryside.
The farm also has a number of agricultural buildings including a machinery workshop, livestock barns and a hay store.
Most of the land is supplied by water troughs, with some parts being stockproof and others in need of fencing and although the land is currently pasture there is scope for arable production.
The letting will also include around 72 Basic Payment Scheme entitlements.
The Camelia Botnar Foundation, who are letting the land, seek a tenant who will be prepared to farm the property with the longer term in mind and be prepared to commit sufficient resources to it to secure its long term productivity whilst optimising agricultural use of the buildings.
The successful applicant must demonstrate that he or she has the necessary training, knowledge and experience to manage the farm, demonstrate that there is a sound financial base to provide the necessary working capital and the ability and interest to work closely with the Landlord wherever possible.
